The first forum of the East China University of Politics and Law-Queensland University of Technology Sino-Australian Intellectual Property Collaboration Program was held at ECUPL in Shanghai on 28-29 May 2007.
The Conference titled “Legal + Policy Framework for the Digital Content Industry” was convened by Professor Brian Fitzgerald (QUT) and Professor Gao Fuping (ECUPL). The Conference proved to be an exciting event attracting a number of high profile speakers from Australia, China, Japan and Europe.
