Delia Browne is the National Copyright Director for the Ministerial Council on Education, Employment, Training and Youth Affairs (MCEETYA). Delia’s role involves working on behalf of all Australian schools and TAFEs (except Victoria) to negotiate the statutory education licences with Copyright Agency Limited (CAL) and Screenrights. Delia is also involved in high-level advocacy and policy in the area of copyright and education, including recent reforms such as the Technological Protection Measures review and the Fair Use and Other Exceptions review.
